Chau was first introduced to CrossFit after having her first baby about 1 year ago while looking for an outlet of everyday rigors in the shortest amount of time possible. As a long time Bikram yoga practitioner, she soon found that with a new baby, 90 minutes of class in addition to travel time was no longer feasible. With CrossFit, she could easily fit in a one-hour class into her new life and achieve the same amount of work and satisfaction. With a B.S. in Biology & Sociology followed by a Master's in Healthcare Administration, Chau's education has been heavily focused on health and science in many different aspects. Coming from a health/science education and work background for the last decade, CrossFit as a career was the perfect fit and a dream come true. "For the last 10 years I was working on the other end of the health spectrum, the sick end. Patients only got temporarily better but never quite completely cured. When I started CrossFit, it occurred to me that this phenomenon of caveman eating coupled with constantly varied, functional movements could change one's life and completely reverse the damage and false mantras of fitness. I witnessed it firsthand in my life as well as my husband's life, we have never been healthier or more fit even when we were in the prime of our youth!"
Chau works hard everyday to expand and share her knowledge and skills of nutrition and CrossFit to make CrossFit Armada a strong community based box. "I am so excited to be given such a gracious opportunity to forever change lives in ways people do not even know possible!"

Esteban is a passionate competitor whose mirthful spirit and quest for human excellence has led him to the path of CrossFit. Throughout his life, Esteban has been captivated by the challenge of a plethora of physical contests. In high school, he played competitive soccer, football, and track. Throughout his university studies, Esteban has played with local soccer clubs, participated in multiple charitable running events, and practiced Bikram Yoga for a multitude of years.
"CrossFit broke the monotony of my exercise regimen. It allowed me to open up to a community of Crossfitters who equally shared the strife to push the intensity levels of human capacity.I wish to share my voyage towards optimum physical fitness with the members of CrossFit Armada. Thus, providing a communal practice that will benefit not only the athlete, but also the friends and families that shall witness a physical and cognitive improvement.
My coaching methods involve a guided tour throughout the deductive philosophies of Crossfit, and simultaneously applying its practice to produce the desired outcome that the athlete strives to accomplish. CrossFit is for everyone, and together we shall change the perceptions of fitness and enrich our lives with strength, confidence, energy, companionship, and a new found love of self."

Jonathan has been pursuing physical fitness throughout his life, and this voyage began in high school when his interests led him to test his strengths within the practices of martial arts and the football field.
After high school, Jonathan's thirst for adventure led him to join the Marine Corps to not only test his physical conditioning, but also to test his determination and mental strength.
While in the military, Jonathan discovered through a friend about a new challenge in the form of weightlifting and soon this exposed him to the world of CrossFit. For several sub sequential years after the Marine Corps, Jonathan concentrated on weightlifting. Henceforth, finding his outlet within CrossFit and he has been avidly training to better himself within form to overall strength. Jonathan has the mindset to be a competitor within the CrossFit games one day.
