  Two 75min Personal Training Sessions

 

New to CrosssFit? Our Fundamentals program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit prior to joining classes. Athletes will graduate the fundamentals program with basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the 9 fundamental movements, proper warm ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility. Once purchased a coach will contact you to schedule your 2 personal training sessions. Times and days will vary depending on you and the coaches availability.
