YOUTH OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING


The youth program is designed for local youths and teens, both male and female, to learn and participate in the sport of weightlifting.

The sport of Weightlifting is contested along gender, age, and weight classes. This allows for anyone, of any age, and experience to participate.

The program is designed and instructed by Coach Andrii. Coach Andrii is a National level Olympic lifting coach from Ukraine.

Program design and instruction can be utilized as a stand-alone program or in conjunction with an athlete’s other athletic training regimen.

Our Athletes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm Classes will run 1.5hr
